4. Are you interested in showing every 1st Thursdays or is it for a specific month? (describe)
October 4th is first 1st Thursdays and will be each first Thursday of every month thereafter.

Hanging backdrop panels (6 ft x 8 ft) $10.00
Out Door Canapy $10.00

We are in the midst of building our website and this specific webpage is for the Artists of Rahway along
with Guest Artists who exhibit In and Around Rahway. It will be designed to support the artists who
make Rahway a fantastic place and ensure its cultural future.

performer or visual artist wanting to exhibit and
have the opportunity to sell their work during
1st Thursdays answer the below questions and

1st Thursdays (starting October 4th, 2007), is a
place for the artist to showcase their artwork,
sell and/or perform which will take place every
first 1st Thursday of each month.

Sign up as a participant - e-mail the 1st
Thrusdays information to Anthony Deige -
adeige@cityofrahway.com and one of the RAD
administrators will contact you.

The Rahway Arts District team is building an on-line
Artist List and Virtual Exhibition Site to offer the
Rahway community and the world the possibility to
get to know our Artists. For inclusion in the Rahway
Arts District Website Please e-mail the below info.
to Kate Peila at cprahwayarts@gmail.com:

1) Name and contact information for the RAD
administrative team to use (will not be shared)
2) Your Artform (performance or visual and specify
(performance: i.e. dance or theatre; or visual: i.e.
painting or video artist). If you are a video artist
send a static image that you think will best
represent your work or send a link to your
webstreams (You Tube,...).
3) Your images: a jpeg of one piece of your work
you feel represents you the best (for now static
images are only accepted) links to video footage
are accepted.
4) Short bio (no more than 5 sentences)
5) Website address for us to create a link and
6) your E-mail address where you want to be
contacted by your viewers.

Since we are in the midst of building this is will take
time to create the cool page with your images be
patient and help get the word out!
